Customer Reviews

This was my husband and my first time here. I asked about the biscuits and gravy, if it was sausage gravy. The sweet waitress said yes. I asked if it was ground sausage or links &/or patties cut up. She said they were cut up. I ordered a ham, cheese and mushroom omelet. I prefer ground sausage because it has a great flavor and texture for sausage gravy. Links and patties have their place, just not in sausage gravy...lol. IMHO. I should have asked about the mushrooms in the omelet. I usually do but this morning I didn't ask. I should have. They were canned mushrooms, not fresh. I was in the Army food service and I don't think we ever used canned mushrooms. Most of the food we prepared was fresh. I don't understand why restaurants don't like using fresh vegetables. I understand that fresh have a tendency to be a little more expensive and tend to go bad quicker but you can regulate the inventory and not have waste. Plus, you could attract more customers with fresher food. Overall, we thought the experience was amazing. The staff were very kind and funny. We sat next to a couple of sweet ladies talking about life events, current events and the snow. We will be back but I will be careful and ask what is fresh. Thank you for a good morning.

My husband and I went here for breakfast and split one of the skillets. It was the perfect size and we upgraded the toast to pecan pancakes that were delicious. We also asked for extra crispy potatoes in the skillet and they were spot on. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, the prices are great.

From the moment you walk in, it's clear this place is something special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The chef truly cares about the food, and it shows in every dish. You can taste the passion and dedication in each bite. The staff are equally friendly, attentive, and committed to excellence. The French toast deserves its own spotlight. It's crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Every plate is crafted with care, and you leave feeling like you've just discovered your new favorite spot. Broadway Cafe is more than just a meal. It's an experience worth driving out of your way for.
